To make purchases at Sadholms Academy you need to be 18 years old.
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will receive all the information about products/services, prices, invoicing and the delivery address.

3. Payment Alternatives
We accept payments with PayPal.
Our normal delivery time for electronic products is 2-4 days after full payment has been received. For ordering services (time bookings) payment must be received 2 days before the reserved time for the service, in any other case the booking will be voided.

All prices in store are in EUR and include 25% sales tax (??? This must be revised for international purchases, 25% applies only in Sweden).
We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, error in the price list, discrepancies in prices from incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust prices.
When purchasing electronic products on the website this is recognized as services (called direct consumption) and can not be returned when the services have been received or downloaded by you as a customer.
Returns for reserved times for services apply until 2 days before the reserved time.
6.1 Using your return right:
You must send us a message if you change your mind about your purchases. The message must be sent to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message you need to provide your name, post address, e-post address and what services/times were booked that apply shown clearly.
6.2 Your right to return does not apply when:
Services have been fulfilled and when you have expressed your consent that the service be started without having changed your mind from the beginning process of the service.

Some digital products can you download again after you have purchased them by logging in to the website and go to the page for downloading under My Account.
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is damaged or is dispatched in error when the product arrives in turn, we follow the laws in accordance with the current consumer protection legislation free of cost to correct the error.
You must always contact us as soon as you recognize that you have received a defective product. The complaint shall be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
8.1 How do you return a product?
Possible errors and defects shall always be returned to sadholmsacademy.com where you state your name, postal address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the defect or error.
If the possibility doesn’t exist to fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with the current consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to deny/refuse a complaint or return if shown the product is not incorrect in accordance with the current consumer protection legislation. We handle complaints/returns in accordance with the guidelines set by the National Board for Consumer Complaints, see arn.se.
9. Limits of Responsibility
We take no responsibility for indirect damages to products or services.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors outside of the company’s prevailing responsibility (circumstances beyond one’s control). These circumstances can be for example: on-going labor disputes, fire, wars, official decisions, reduced or non-delivery from a supplier.
Furthermore, non-responsibility is taken for possible changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by our suppliers and any other factors out of our control.

We reserve the right against any possible misprints on our website and any of our end sale products. We do not guarantee that the pictures shown of our products are of their exact appearance. We always try to show the products as correct as possible.
